After my first bottle of this stuff, a semi-strict diet (a couple of binges and cheat days) and daily 30 minutes of elliptical trainer cardio before bed I am proud to say I have lost 20 lbs and am well on my way to developing this into a full on life adjustment. I think its important for people to not expect too much from the supplement but to realize it is there to compliment life choices and changes that will making the lasting results stable.

I will give this pill 4 out of 5 with it losing a point for being more expensive than some of the other options out there and the fact that I couldn’t find any stores selling it and had to order phenrx online which I usually try and avoid so I don’t have to wait and pay for international shipping (I live in Canada).
